STOCK POTS AND BEDS
We are happy to offer you a 21-day satisfaction guarantee, and we will accept the return of unused product back for a refund during that time. There will be a 10% restocking fee charged at the time of return, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the items. We are unable to refund any shipping costs for returns as we offer a discounted shipping price up front.
We are also happy to provide you with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. If you find any defects with your pots, contact us, and we will make it right. We will either refund or replace your defective product up to the value of your original purchase, and we will cover the shipping costs for a defective return.
You are welcome to contact us to cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
All custom orders for pots or beds must be paid for completely up front. We will not move forward with manufacturing your custom order until we have clear approval on all project details. There is a $500 pre-tax minimum on custom fabric pot orders. There is a $250 pre-tax minimum on custom raised bed orders.
Once we receive approval on the project details, we cannot accept cancellation of your order.
Return Policy and Warranty
We cannot offer a refund or return on custom product. However, we do provide a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty for manufacturing defects. If you find any defects with your custom order, contact us and we will make it right. We will either refund or replace your defective product up to the value of your original purchase. We may require photo documentation of the defect(s). A defect is defined as a mistake made in the manufacturing process in regards to quality or sizing.
Custom pots will not be available during the months April, May, or June. Custom raised beds will be available year round.
